cmc client server port <port_number>

Sets the port of the Central Management System appliance to connect to for management.

Note

If no port is specified, it defaults to port 22. This parameter is used in a request by an appliance to be managed by the Central Management System appliance.

Syntax

[no] cmc client server port <port_number>

Parameters

no

Use the no form of this command to reset the port number to 22.

<port_number>

The port number of the Central Management System appliance to connect to for management.

Example

The following example sets the port number for connecting to the Central Management System appliance:

hostname (config) # cmc client server port 39

The following example disables the port number for connecting to the Central Management System appliance:

hostname (config) #no cmc client server port 39
