Create an incident

Track actions taken in response to events.

  1. To create an incident from a dashboard view, right-click an event and click Incident Management → Create Incident.

    The event is attached to a new incident.

  2. To create an incident from the Incidents pane on the Incident Management page:

    1. Click GUID-90CC508D-C258-41AB-9D9C-4E1D7DE5FBCB-low.png then click Incident Management → Create Incident.

    2. Fill in the information and click Create.
