The account created for the first time after purchasing ePO - SaaS is the Account owner. This account can invite delegated administrators, be able to access all the features in ePO - SaaS, and can't be deleted.
Contact Trellix Technical support team to purchase license for ePO - SaaS.
You receive a welcome email with ePO - SaaS URL and an account activation email.
In the account activation email, click Activate.
The activation code is valid for 7 days from the day you receive this email.
Choose a strong password which meets the password requirements, and click Set Password.
In the ePO - SaaS logon page, enter your email address and password, and click Sign In.
