The module maintains a cache of indicators and conditions that you can modify according to your needs. As you update the rules, older versions get discarded after a period specified by this value. Subsequently, when you make frequent updates to a large number of rules, the value is adjusted to a shorter duration to reduce the average overall size of the cache.
