If you are using Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS) to manage your SQL Server instance in the cloud, make sure to disable database backups during ePO - On-prem installation.
Complete this task before beginning a new installation of ePO - On-prem.

Sign into the AWS Management Console and open the RDS console.
In the navigation pane, select Databases, and select the DB instance that you want to modify.
Select Modify.
The Modify DB Instance page appears.
For Backup Retention Period, select 0 days.
Select Continue.
Select Apply Immediately.
On the confirmation page, select Modify DB Instance.
You are now ready to install ePO - On-prem. After installation, you can return to the RDS console and configure the Backup Retention Period as needed.
