You can edit an existing tag using the Edit tag option. You can change the name of the tag or change the color assigned to the tag or do both.
Select Menu → Support Center → Support Notifications.
Click Tags and select the tag that you want to edit. Then, click Edit Tag.
Make the required changes to the name or the color or both. Then, click Save.
The changes are applied to the tag.
