Escapes all reserved characters during URL rewrites.
When URLs include reserved characters, our processing engine may re-interpret these codes during analysis, which can cause errors during re-write. This can cause URL errors once the end user receives the email. Enabling the escaping of reserved character before analysis enables the processing engine to review the URL and not re-interpret the reserved characters. Thus, once the URL is rewritten, the reserved characters remain as presented.
