Search, sort, filter, and validate results from Endpoint Upgrade Assistant by downloading the information for a selected category in comma-separated values (CSV) format. Send this information to Trellix support when reporting an issue with Endpoint Upgrade Assistant, or use it to troubleshoot issues, identify the endpoints required for upgrades, and resolve differences between the reported and expected status of endpoints.
From the Overview tab, in the Environment Overview table, click Export System and Product Details.
Import this data into Microsoft Excel, then sort and filter as needed to identify the endpoints outside your expected groupings.
