When a client system can't connect with ePO - On-prem, you must resolve the issue to re-establish communication.
Communication interruptions can happen for many of reasons, and the agent-server connection algorithm is designed to reattempt communication if its first attempt fails.
Trellix Agent tries to establish connection using one of these methods. If all these methods fail, Trellix Agent tries to connect again during the next ASCI.
