The information provided in the Helix configuration page is READ ONLY. The values are read from the Endpoint Security controller and displayed in the module configuration when streaming to Helix is enabled.

Note
If the values in the Helix configuration page are not displayed by default, verify if the Endpoint Security controller is configured properly to communicate with Helix.
When the Helix ID is changed, you will no longer be seeing the Event Streamer data and therefore must update the configuration. For more information on how to update the configuration data, see Updating the configuration when Helix ID is changed
