icap-service tcp port

Allows the Network Security appliance to receive traffic sent over Internet Content Adaptation Protocol (ICAP) on either the ether1 or ether2 management interface on TCP port 1344 by default.

For details about how to configure the settings for the ICAP service, see the "Configuring Threat Management" chapter of the Network Security User Guide.

Syntax

icap-service tcp port <port_number>

Parameters

<port_number>

The TCP port number that is used for traffic sent over ICAP. By default, the ICAP server listens for traffic on port 1344.

Example

The following example allows the Network Security appliance to receive traffic sent over ICAP on TCP port 1344.

hostname (config) # icap-service tcp port 1344
