Logon to ePO - On-prem using ePO - SaaS

You can now logon to your ePO - On-prem server using your ePO - SaaS account.

To Logon,

  1. Configure your ePO - On-prem to logon with your ePO - SaaS account.

  2. Logon with ePO - SaaS account.

Before you begin:

  1. You must have installed the ePO - SaaS Cloud Bridge extension on your current ePO - On-prem server.

  2. You must have linked an active ePO - SaaS account in ePO - SaaS Cloud Bridge server settings.

  3. Make sure the ePO Logon URL is added while configuring ePO - SaaS Cloud Bridge. For more information, see Configure ePO - SaaS Cloud Bridge

  4. The ePO - On-prem server has internet connectivity. If you are using a proxy server, make sure that you have configured the proxy server settings properly.

  5. You must have configured the proxy and firewall settings to allow communication with the ePO - SaaS server. For more information, see KB90878 for adding firewall settings for ePO - SaaS and IAM.

  6. Your ePO - On-prem server date and time must match with the time zone that you have set at the server level.
