This section describes new features and changes in the Trellix Endpoint Security Agent (HX) release 36.30.17

Platform improvements

Endpoint Security Agent (HX) version 36.30.17 supports the following new platforms:

  • Ubuntu 24.04

  • macOS 15.2, 15.3.1

  • Windows Server Core 2025

Note

The xAgent's UI features will not apply to Windows Server Core, as it does not have a UI.
