This section describes new features and changes in the Trellix Endpoint Security Agent (HX) release 36.20.0.

macOS Support on ARM

Trellix Endpoint Security Agent (HX) version 36.20.0 no longer requires Intel emulation mode for macOS on ARM.

Trellix recommends that you upgrade to the ARM compatible version of optional modules before you upgrade your xAgent.

Important

macOS 12.0 is the minimum operating system version for ARM support.
