You can downgrade to the previous version of Trellix Agent on Windows and non-Windows systems such as Linux and Macintosh.
On Windows systems
On the ePO - On-prem console, select → → , then select the systems where you want to install the previous version.
At the bottom of the page, select → → .
Select the appropriate Agent version from the list.
Select Force installation over existing version.
Enter user credentials.
Specify the target Installation path for the force installation.
Specify the value for Number of attempts, Retry interval, and Cancel after.
Assign the appropriate Agent Handler to communicate with ePO - On-prem server or select All Agent Handlers.
Click OK to send the Agent installation package to the selected systems.
On Linux and Macintosh systems
It is possible to downgrade to the previous version of Trellix Agent on the client system by uninstalling the current version and installing the version you require on Linux and Macintosh systems.
