ePO - On-prem updates allow you to roll back an update without going through a disaster recovery process. You can only roll back the last update you applied.
Stop these services:
ePO - On-prem Application Server Service (Tomcat)
Agent Handler Service including Remote Agent Handler Service (Apache)
Event Parser Service
Log on to ePO - On-prem as administrator.
Copy and extract the downloaded update package to your ePO - On-prem server.
Run ePOUpdater.exe from the folder where you extracted the update package.
Click Rollback. Verify if the Rollback button changes to Successfully Rolled Back in green.
Click Finish.
Verify the entry for Update Version doesn't appear on the ePO - On-prem console under Menu → Server Settings → Server Information.
Verify the previously applied update number appears in the Update Installed.

These steps apply to all Remote Agent Handlers; perform these steps on each Agent Handler in your environment after you rollback from the latest update.
