Displays the current NTP status, and the configured NTP servers and their settings.

show ntp configured

Output fields

The following table describes the output fields for this command.

Field

Description

NTP enabled

Whether NTP is enabled on the appliance.

NTP Authentication enabled

Whether NTP authentication is enabled on the appliance.

No NTP peers configured

Indicates that no NTP peers are configured on the appliance.

NTP server

Information about the NTP server:

  • IP address or hostname—The IP address or hostname that was used to configure the NTP server on the appliance.

  • Enabled—Whether NTP is currently enabled on the NTP server.

  • NTP version—The NTP version (3 or 4) running on the NTP server.

  • Key—An integer from 116 that identifies the authentication key mapped to the server. If no key is mapped, none is displayed.

The following example shows the current NTP status and NTP server information.
