You can track the failed file submissions for the sandbox on ePO - SaaS instead of checking for the failed submissions in the tieserver.log on TIE server. If the sandboxing fails for Intelligent Sandbox, IVX, or IVX Cloud, users can track the Sandbox failures on the TIE Reputation page.
To track failed file submissions for the sandbox, navigate to Menu → Systems → TIE Reputations → Sandbox Failures.
Note
You need to enable at least one of the sandboxing servers (Intelligent Sandbox, IVX or IVX Cloud) to view the Sandboxing Failure dashboard.
