You can track the failed file submissions for the sandbox on ePO instead of checking for the failed submissions in the tieserver.log on TIE server. If the sandboxing fails for Intelligent Sandbox, IVX, or IVX Cloud, users can track the Sandbox failures on the TIE Reputation page.
The Sandbox Failures displays the following information:
File Name
Failing Since
Sandbox Provider
Sandbox Server
Error code
Error description
Note
You need to enable at least one of the sandboxing servers (Intelligent Sandbox, IVX or IVX Cloud) to view the Sandboxing Failure.
Task
Click Menu → Systems → TIE Reputations to open the Reputation page.
Click Sandbox Failures tab to view the failed file submissions for the sandbox.
