Upgrade support

Event throttling support—This release introduces event throttling support in TACC Linux.

Streamlined TACC kernel updates—To simplify updates and improve security, TACC Linux kernel modules will be provided in a separate package. Decoupling them from the main product release allows you to apply the latest kernel updates without a full product upgrade. This allows you to use the most recent kernel enhancements and security fixes with minimal effort. For more information, see the kernel update release notes.

Libcurl upgrade—This release upgrades the Libcurl version to 8.12.0.

TinyXML upgrade—This release upgrades TinyXML to TinyXML2.
