Upgrade a module

  1. Log in to the Forensics workspace.

  2. Navigate to Modules → Endpoint Module Administration.

  3. Go to the Installed Modules tab.

  4. Select the module you want to upgrade.

  5. In the Actions column, click the gear icon and select Upgrade.

  6. If the Upgrade action does not automatically upgrade the module to the latest version:

    1. Download the latest version of the module .cms file from the FireEye Marketplace.

    2. Go to Endpoint Module Administration and navigate to the Installed Modules tab.

    3. In the Actions column, click the gear icon for the respective module and select Upgrade.

    4. Upload the downloaded module .cms file and click Upgrade.

Note

Always check the EDRF release notes for version compatibility. Specific module versions require you to completely uninstall the previous version before installing the new version.
