IVX Cloud and IVX Cloud Context API for TrellixIntelligence data sources use any Web proxy settings that are configured via the Endpoint Security Policy settings.
Log in to the Endpoint Security Web UI.
From the Configure menu, click Polices.
Locate the policy in the list.
In the Actions column, click the gear icon, and select Edit Policy.
In the Edit Policy page, select the Proxy tab.

If your enterprise uses a HTTPS proxy server, configure its settings before installing the Enricher Module.
In the Proxy area, move the Proxy toggle to On.
Choose one of the following proxy settings:
Operating System (default)
User Defined
Note
Trellix recommends using the default Operating System option. If you choose User Defined and define the proxy settings incorrectly, it may disrupt the communication between your Endpoint Security Server and the agent.
Click Save.
Note
Malware Analysis and local IVX data sources do not use the Web proxy for enrichment requests. Ensure that your network is configured to allow your Endpoint Security server to make requests to your Malware Analysis or Virtual Execution appliances.
