Triage information from file acquisitions is provided on the Endpoint Security (HX) UI. This triage information outlines details of the progress of the acquisition.
Note
Due to the variability of the audits the HX UI does not provide any expected completion time for an acquisition.
The following table shows details of the acquisition process provided by the UI :

"Requested" | New | New | The task is ready for the server. |
"Dispatching" | Queued | Dispatching | The server is preparing the task for the host. The host is online. |
"Waiting for Host" | Queued | Dispatching | Waiting for the host to acknowledge the task. The host is offline. |
"Job Received" | Queued | Waiting | The host has acknowledged the task. |
"Acquiring Data" | Running | Picked-Up | The host is processing the task. |
"Processing Data" | Running | Pending | The host has completed the task. The server is processing the results. |
"Acquired" | Complete | Complete | The acquisition task is complete. |
