You can configure an application connector using the AWS S3 authentication type.
Perform the following steps:
In the application configuration form, provide a descriptive name in the Name field.
Navigate to the HTTP tab to set the authentication parameters.
Set the authentication parameters as follows:
URL: Define the S3 endpoint (e.g., https://s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com).
Auth Type: Select AWS Signature.
Access Key: Provide the AWS access key ID.
Secret Key: Enter the AWS secret key.
Region: Specify the AWS region where the target S3 bucket is located.
Click Next.
In the Edge tab, select the Edge component that will be responsible for executing requests against this application (example, trellix-default).
Use the Auto Detect button to find and list available Edge components.
Click Save.
