The Current EPS widget shows the average EPS for the sensors in your Helix Enterprise environment from five minutes ago.
By default, the combined EPS for all sensors in your environment is shown. You can select a specific sensor from the drop-down menu in the upper right to see the EPS for an individual sensor.
EPS is calculated by dividing the total number of events sent to Helix Enterprise as of five minutes ago by 300 seconds (5 minutes). If the result is less than 1000, it is truncated to a whole number (999.9 becomes 999). If the result is greater than 1000, it is rounded normally and units are added (3550.3 becomes 3.6k).
Note
Sensors that have been disconnected for more than seven days are not included in the calculation.
