If you want to use a case from Helix Enterprise in another case response tool, you can export the case to a JSON or CSV file.
To export a case from the Cases page:
On the row for the case of interest, click the icon in the rightmost column and select Export CSV or Export JSON.
To export a case when viewing the case's detail page:
Click either the CSV or JSON icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
The file is downloaded to the browser's default download location.
