The PCAPs Queue page displays the status of all pending and completed packet capture retrieval requests. This section describes how to get started with PCAPs, how to search for them, and how to view and download PCAP transcripts.

If you do not see a PCAPs menu option, Helix Enterprise has not been configured to receive and display PCAPs from your network sensors. See Creating an API key.
To access the PCAPs Queue page, from the main menu select Explore > PCAPs.
