The HelixConnect Client is automatically enabled when Helix Enterprise mode is enabled on the appliance, assuming the prerequisite steps are performed (see Enabling the HelixConnect Client). The appliance also automatically registers with Helix Enterprise through the HelixConnect Client.
Important
Do not disable HelixConnect or unsubscribe the device unless you are advised to do so by Trellix Technical Support.
