New features and changes

The
/health/integrationendpoint now includes timestamps for all latest events status.Zendesk Integration with IVX Cloud— This release introduces the integration of Zendesk with IVX Cloud, enabling the tracking of ticket creation and updates. The integration supports various policy filters, allowing users to customize the scanning process based on criteria such as Sender, Ticket ID, Content Type (links and attachments), Link or Link Prefix, Attachment Name or Prefix, and Attachment Type.
IVX Cloud now integrates with Trellix DLP to scan content for potential data leaks and breaches using capabilities such as OCR, data classification, and fingerprinting. You can configure DLP API keys, timeout values, and remediation actions directly from the IVX Cloud settings. This feature is available in the US and EU regions and is not supported in APJ.
