IVX Cloud 26R1 introduces new features and enhancements focused on integration visibility, third-party intelligence, and advanced data loss prevention.
New features and changes
Improved monitoring for cloud integration — Admins can now monitor real-time health metrics, active user counts, and scan coverage for Box, S3, Azure Blob Storage, Google Workspace, and Slack integrations. Detailed failure information is also available to facilitate faster root cause analysis of integration issues.
Third-party threat intelligence integration — You can now integrate external threat intelligence sources to block malicious files and URLs across chat, file shares, and enterprise applications by connecting directly to external threat feeds. Whenever a file or link needs to be checked, IVX Cloud scan your external feeds alongside our own Threat Intelligence at the same time to provide real-time validation and comprehensive protection.
Trellix DLP for Microsoft Teams — DLP analysis is now extended to automatically scan Microsoft Teams chats with external users to protect sensitive information. This feature checks messages against your existing company rules to prevent confidential information from being shared in the wrong places. Admin can enable this option by selecting Text Analysis while creating Microsoft Teams account.
Important
This feature is currently limited to U.S. Commercial regions and is not available in Government environments.
Enhanced analysis status and reporting — New intermediate statuses provide transparency when analysis engines are delayed or fail, preventing "Unknown" results from being misinterpreted as "Clean."
Unknown verdict: Triggered when all analysis engines fail or timeout, indicating a lack of sufficient analysis to support a confident result.
Analysis delayed / Timeout: When a submission exceeds 15 minutes due to traffic or other delays, it is flagged to indicate that results may still be updated as analysis continues.
Submissions that eventually complete with all engine results are marked as Delayed.
Submissions that remain incomplete beyond 15 minutes are marked as Timeout.
Updated JSON reporting: A new field,
workflow_status, is introduced in the API response to reflect these intermediate states. To view the updated schema for theworkflow_status, navigate to Resources → API within the IVX Cloud UI and and refer to theReportsendpoint.
