The Policies tab lists all data policies and allows you to do the following.
Set the visibility for all user-created custom dashboards, reports and searches to "private" or "public." See Setting public or private visibility filters.
Create a new data policy. Click Create Data Policy. See Creating and editing data policies.
View users who are assigned a specific data policy. Select Show Assigned Users from the Options menu.
Add users to a data policy or remove users from a data policy. Select Manage Data Policy Assignees. See Managing user assignments.
Modify a data policy. Click the policy in the Name column, or select Edit Data Policy from the Options menu. See Creating and editing data policies.
Delete one or more data policies. Select one or more policies and click Delete Data Policy at the top of the table, or click Delete Data Policy from the Options menu.
Use the search fields in the Name, Description, and Created By columns to find users, policies, and admins with names that partially or fully match the text you enter.
Export data policies from one Helix Enterprise organization and import them into other organizations. See Exporting and importing data policies.
