You can publish your custom dashboard if the following requirements are met:
You created the dashboard and your user account has the correct permissions to publish dashboards.
The dashboard contains one or more widgets.
A schedule is defined for the dashboard.
To publish your custom dashboard:
Open the custom dashboard. See Opening a custom dashboard. This allows you to publish your custom dashboard.
Click Publish to publish the dashboard.
The dashboard is published and starts to generate reports. The reports are published according to the dashboard schedule and can be viewed. See Viewing results for a custom dashboard.
To stop publishing your custom dashboard:
Open the custom dashboard. See Opening a custom dashboard. This allows you to stop publishing your custom dashboard.
Click Unpublish to stop publishing the dashboard.
Your custom dashboard will still appear on the Custom Dashboards page and in the Reports dashboard but will no longer produce reports based on its dashboard schedule. You can still generate reports on-demand. See Viewing results for a custom dashboard.
