To resynchronize the network configuration of any connected Packet Capture appliance from your Network Detection and Response appliance:
Log in to the NDR Web UI.
Navigate to MANAGE > Configure System > Packet Capture Metadata.
Click the gear icon under the Actions column corresponding to the Packet Capture appliance to which you wish to resynchronize the network configuration from your Network Detection and Response appliance.
Click Re-sync Network Configuration with Packet Capture.
In the Packet Capture Login screen, enter the administrator credentials for the Packet Capture appliance to authenticate the resynchronization of network configuration and click LOGIN & SYNC.
A confirmation message is displayed if the network resynchronization is successful.
