You can generate new ACM keys and transfer them to any paired Packet Capture appliance to reestablish the connection between your NDR appliance and the Packet Capture appliance.
To generate and transfer the ACM keys from your NDR appliance to any connected Packet Capture appliance:
Log in to the NDR Web UI.
Navigate to MANAGE > Configure System > Packet Capture Metadata.
Click the gear icon ( in the Actions column) corresponding to the Packet Capture appliance to which you wish to retransfer the ACM keys from your NDR appliance.
Click Retransfer ACM Key.
On the Packet Capture Login screen, enter the administrator credentials for the Packet Capture appliance to authenticate the transfer, and then click LOGIN & TRANSFER.
A confirmation message is displayed if the transfer is successful.
