You can view details about a saved search that was run earlier. You can review when it was recently run and download the results of its previous runs.
To view details about a saved search query:
Locate the search query on the Saved Searches page. See Listing saved search queries.
Click
in the Option column and select View Results. A dialog showing all the results of the search query appears. If the saved search query has never been run, the View Results option is not available. It is only available for saved searches that have been run previously. The dialog shows you how large the search result output was, when the search was run, how long it took to run, and the state of the search. You can download the results of any individual search to a JSON or CSV file by clicking the blue download icon (
) to the right of the listed results.
You can also view details about a saved search query by clicking the expand icon (
) to the left of a search's name on the Saved Searches page. This expands the search query to show its description, layout, and the most recent results (if it is a scheduled search). You can download search results by clicking the blue download icon (
) to the right of the listed results.
Downloaded results are only viewable using other software products, such as your text editor or Microsoft Excel. You cannot drill down through the downloaded data or pivot from it back to Helix Enterprise. Pivoting and drilling only work in current search results. See Using search results.
