Administrators must confirm if the endpoints added to the System Tree and are managed by ePO - SaaS.
Trellix Agent must be installed.
Select Menu → Systems → System Tree.
Select the group name under My Organization to view the list of systems in each group.
Next to each listed device in the System Name column, Managed appears in the Managed State column.
If Trellix Agent has not been installed, the device is listed as Unmanaged. You could remind your users to install Trellix Agent using the installation URL that you have shared.
You have verified that ePO - SaaS is managing the systems in your network.
