Important
When you upgrade the EDRF extension to version 2.1.2 or later, delete the existing EDR Telemetry Store registered server. Once deleted, first upgrade the DXL Broker extension and DXL Broker to version 6.1.3 or later, then upgrade the EDRF extension to prevent data ingestion issues.
Install using Software Catalog
Log in to ePO - On-prem.
Go to Menu → Software → Software Catalog.
Expand Threat Analysis and select Extensions.
In the right pane, expand Trellix EDR with Forensics 50.x and Check In the EDRF Client v2.1.x extension.
Install using Trellix Downloads Site
Access the Trellix Downloads site using the URL — https://www.trellix.com/downloads/my-products/.
Log in with your Grant ID and registered email.
Under Threat Analysis, click Trellix EDR with Forensics.
Select the Trellix EDRF Client v2.1.x extension.
The extension file is downloaded to the local system.
In ePO, navigate to Menu → Software → Extensions.
Click Install Extension, select the downloaded extension file, and click OK.
