Download the EDRF package and extensions
Log in to the Trellix product downloads site using the Grant number and registered Email address.
In the right pane of the Find Products page, under the Filters category, select Threat Analysis and then select Trellix EDR with Forensics from the results.
Click the applicable versions of the EDRF package and extensions to download the package zip file.
Upgrade the EDRF package
Log in to ePO - On-prem.
Go to the Main Repository and click Check In Package.
Select the Package type as Product or Update(.zip), choose the file from the downloaded path, and click Next.
Under Branch, select Current to check in the packages, and then click Save.
The package is checked into the Main Repository.
Upgrade the EDRF extensions
Log in to ePO - On-prem.
Go to Menu → Software → Extensions and click Install Extension.
Select the downloaded .zip files and click OK.
Note
Install each extension individually.
On the next page, click OK.
The extension is installed.
View the installed extensions in the Extensions home page by clicking Trellix EDR with Forensics option in the left pane.
Deploy the EDRF Client
