To create a new policy:
Click Create Policy in the top right corner of the Policies page.
Select the traffic type: inbound or outbound.
For inbound policies, select the integration type: SMTP, MS365 API, or Google Workspace API.
Select the rule type.
For inbound: Connect Rules, Custom Rules, Message Analysis, YARA, Email Routing Configuration, Remediation, Riskware, or Advanced Threat Engine Configuration.
Note
MS365 API and Google Workspace API do not support connect or email routing configuration rules.
For outbound: Custom Rules, Message Analysis, Email Routing Configuration, TDLP, or DKIM Policy.
Enter the policy name and an optional description.
Click Create. The new policy is now created and you can add more details.
To delete a policy:
Click on a policy name on the Policies page.
Click Delete Policy in the upper right corner of the policy's details page.
