A policy is a collection of one or more rules that are applied to email messages. The Policies page lists the rule policies defined on your system. There are ten policy types:

DKIM and TDLP policies are supported for outbound Inline with Hygiene users only.

TDLP policies
Connect rule policies, email routing configuration policies, and DKIM policies are not supported for MS365 API or Google Workspace API integration.
You can view, edit, or create different policies from the Policies page. By default, the existing policies in the system are sorted in descending order of last modified timestamp. Policies can also be sorted by policy name. All the policies in the system are enabled by default as they are created. A policy takes effect 5 minutes after it is assigned to a domain or domain group.

Policies created within the last 24 hours are labeled New.
To view or manage a policy, click on the policy's name.
To manage a policy's identification:
Click on the Manage link next to Identification and Domains.
Enable or disable the policy using the check box.
Enter a policy name and optional description.
Click Save.
