Email Security At A Glance
The Email Security At a Glance section includes the Message overview widget.
Message overview
This widget contains graphs that display a summary of total email traffic and the delivery status of the emails received for the selected time period. The Email Summary graph shows the distribution of received, accepted, delivered, scanned, and remediated messages. The Delivery Status graph shows the distribution of messages that were delivered successfully, failed temporarily, and failed permanently. The Remediation Summary graph shows the distribution of retroactively, manually, and natively remediated messages. The Remediation Failures graph shows the distribution of retroactive, manual, and native remediation failures.
Note
For SMTP domains, the Email Summary graph displays recieved, accepted, and delivered messages only. For MS365 API and Google Workspace API domains, the graph displays scanned, remediated, and accepted messages only.

The Email Security Detection section includes the following widgets:
Advanced threats
The advanced threats graph displays the volume and trend for advanced threats received by the organization. The trend is compared against the previous time interval of the same duration.
Top threat types
This widget displays the top 5 most matched threat types and their volume. Hover over the graph to see the number of alerts and retroactive alerts individually. Alerts that belong to no malware group are classified as "Others."
Riskware
The riskware graph displays the volume and trend for riskware received by the organization. The trend is compared against the previous time interval of the same duration.
Impersonation
The impersonation graph displays the volume and trend for impersonation attempts received by the organization. The trend is compared against the previous time interval of the same duration.
Viruses
The viruses graph displays the volume and trend for the viruses received by the organization. The trend is compared against the previous time interval of the same duration.
Spam
The spam graph displays the volume and trend for the spam received by the organization. The trend is compared against the previous time interval of the same duration.
Scan bypass
This section shows the volume of messages that scanning was bypassed for. Scan bypass statistics are available for MS365 API and Google Workspace API domains only.

Top message rejection reasons
This widget shows the volume of rejected email by rejection type. This allows administrators to determine what is causing the majority of rejections for the incoming messages.

Rejection count
Displays the number of rejected emails over the selected period and the rejection trend. The trend is compared against the previous time interval of the same duration.
Message size
This widget shows the distribution of message sizes received by users in the organization and provides information on the average size of the messages received by the organization.

Top message attachments
This widget shows the size of attachments received by users, grouped by file extension.

Top accept rules
Displays the list of top accept-rules that matched on the emails. For SMTP domains only.
Top deny rules
Displays the list of top deny-rules that matched on the emails. For SMTP domains only.
Top content rules
Displays the list of top custom rules that matched on the emails.
Top senders
Displays the Top 5 email addresses and count from where the highest number of emails were sent.
Top sender IPs
Displays the Top 5 IP addresses and count from where the highest number of emails were sent.
Top recipients
Displays the Top 5 recipients and count to whom the highest number of emails were sent.
