You can flush emails from the email queue by using the Email Security - Server appliance Web UI or CLI:
When you flush the email from the email queue, the Email Security - Server appliance tries again to deliver the email in the deferred queue. The Email Security - Server appliance will immediately deliver the email that is currently under analysis to the recipient. After the URLs and attachments have been processed with the associated email, alerts are generated by the Email Security - Server appliance.
Note
You can temporarily stop the flow of inbound emails before you flush the email queue.
You can flush emails from the queue when the Email Security - Server appliance is deployed in Block analysis mode or Monitor analysis mode.
Prerequisites
Administrator, Operator, or Monitor access to the Email Security - Server appliance.
An established connection between your Email Security - Server appliance and the Internet.
The appliance database contains one or more emails that have been processed.
Verify that the Email Security - Server appliance is deployed in Block analysis mode or Monitor analysis mode. Use the
