After the Email Security - Server appliance has quarantined the malicious emails, you can monitor them by using the eAlerts > eAlerts > Malicious Emails page.
You can view the malicious attachments and malicious URLs in malicious email using the Malicious Emails page. See Viewing the malicious emails using the Web UI.
