(This topic applies to Trellix DLP - SaaS.) You can migrate the Trellix DLP Discover scans and policies from Trellix ePO - On-prem to Trellix ePO - SaaS using the ePO - SaaS Migration tool or the Backup & Restore feature. When the migration is complete, a migration report is generated for analyzing any errors that occurred during the migration process.
Migrate your scans and policies using one of these methods:
Note
You can migrate only Classification and Remediation scans with File Server repositories.

Use the
Trellix ePO - SaaS Migration extension.
Note
If you have already migrated the scans and policies with a tenant account and want to migrate using a different tenant account, uninstall the ePO - SaaS Migration extension and reinstall the extension.

Backup & Restore.
Back up the Trellix DLP Discover scans and policies in Trellix ePO - On-prem and restore them in Trellix ePO - SaaS using the Backup & Restore feature.
In Trellix ePO - SaaS, review the Restore report in the DLP Settings → Backup & Restore tab.
Important
Make sure you review your policies before applying them, as certain features from Trellix DLP on-premises are currently not supported.
