(This topic applies to Trellix DLP - SaaS.)   Use this workflow if you are currently running scans from   Trellix ePO - On-prem and intend to run your scans from Trellix ePO - SaaS.  

Complete these tasks to migrate   Trellix DLP Discover and manage from Trellix ePO - SaaS.  

  1. Obtain the   Trellix DLP Discover – SaaS subscription.  

  2. Set up a Trellix ePO - SaaS account.  

  3. Configure cloud storage for evidence.  

  4. Manage users and accounts in   Trellix ePO - SaaS.  

  5. Migrate the   Trellix DLP Discover scans and policies from   Trellix ePO - On-prem to   Trellix ePO - SaaS.  

  6. Migrate exact data match fingerprints CSV file.  

    Note

    During migration, only the classifications and rules associated with EDM are migrated, but not the CSV packages. Re-create the CSV packages manually in   Trellix ePO - SaaS for matching the exact data fingerprints.  

  7. Verify scans and policies.
