You can provision new domains in the Email Security — Cloud portal. Email Security - Cloud runs in seven modes based on your subscription and integration type:
SMTP
Inline mode – Enables Cloud MVX analysis and malicious email quarantine only
Out of band (OOB) mode – Enables cloud MVX passive analysis (non-blocking)
Inline with hygiene mode – Enables Cloud MVX and Antispam analysis
MS365 API
MS365 Native with Hygiene mode – Enables API-based analysis and remediation from Microsoft 365 and Anti-spam analysis.
MS365 Native mode – Enables API-based analysis and remediation from Microsoft 365.
Google Workspace API
Google Workspace Native with Hygiene mode – Enables API-based analysis and remediation from Google Workspace and anti-spam analysis.
Google Workspace Native mode – Enables API-based analysis and remediation from Google Workspace.

Important
Email Security - Cloud supports polling for user accounts that are associated to one of the pre-defined license IDs for MS365 Native integration. See the community article for more information.
