The Configuration module allows you to configure the domains, policies, authorizations, quarantine reports, digest templates, and more. Select an item from the Configuration menu.
The Domains page provides an overview of the domains and domain groups that are being monitored by the system. Use it to create domain groups, and to manage the association of policies and quarantine report settings.
Use the Policies page to view, create, and manage the policies that will be applied to your domains.
Use the Authorizations page to view, create, and manage the authorizations that will be assigned to your policies.
Configuring quarantine reports
Use the Quarantine Reports page to manage the quarantine report settings. You can select the type of malicious email that can be reported and schedule the reports.
Use the Digest Templates page to configure the templates for the email digests that will be delivered to users.
Use the Portal Access page to manage the access to the portal. Specify network locations from which the admins can access the portal or the mail recipients can manage their quarantine. It also allows you to set a session idle timeout for the portal.
Configuring alert notifications
Use the Alert Notification page to configure users, in addition to administrators, who will receive alert notifications.
Use the Bulk Senders page to allow users to send larger volume of messages through Email Security Outbound.
Removing addresses from the recipients cache
Use the Recipients Cache page to remove email addresses from the recipients cache. Remove invalid entries to resolve emails being rejected incorrectly.
Testing your delivery configuration
Use the Delivery Test page to test delivery to an email address.
Use the Outlook Add-in page to manage the Outlook add-in for reporting emails to Trellix.
