This is the latest release of Host Remediation.

The Host Remediation module 2.3.4 release includes new features.

Every update release is cumulative and includes all features and fixes from the previous release. We recommend that you always upgrade to the most current update.

New features and changes

Support for Trellix EDR with Forensics Client (XClient)

This release includes a feature that supports searching for Trellix EDR with Forensics Client (XClient) from the Host Remediation UI.

This release is compatible with the following Trellix Endpoint Security Agent (HX) versions: Endpoint Security Agent (HX) Support Matrix

Note

Installing the Host Remediation module 2.3.4 on Endpoint Security (HX) earlier than v5.3.0 or with Endpoint Security Agent (HX) earlier than v35, is not supported.

Connections to Endpoint Agents using HXD are not supported.

This release requires the following licenses:

  • Trellix Endpoint Power Edition license.

  • Trellix Endpoint Managed Defense license.

Note

Trellix Endpoint Essentials Edition license is not supported.
