Upgrade policies and assignments
You can upgrade policies and their assignments automatically. The outcome varies depending on the number of times you have run the upgrade.
Watch this video to understand the steps involved in upgrading Trellix EDR to EDRF.
First upgrade: The policy and its assignments are upgraded as is, retaining the original name.
Second upgrade: A new policy is created with the prefix EDR Migrated –. Assignments are updated if changes occurred since the last upgrade.
Note
A third or subsequent upgrade is not supported.
