Downloading an xAgent Upgrade Job CSV Report

You can download a CSV report that shows details about an upgrade job and its status. The CSV file contains the host name, the IP address of the host, the agent certificate ID, the timestamp when the upgrade was completed, any error that was encountered, whether the xAgent is no longer eligible to be upgraded, the task ID of the upgrade job, the state of the upgrade job, and when the upgrade job was queued.

To download a CSV file report about an agent upgrade:

  1. Log in to the Endpoint Security (HX) server Web UI as an administrator or operator.

  2. From the Admin menu, select the xAgent Upgrade page.

  3. Locate the upgrade job for which you want to create a report.

  4. Click the UI_AgentUpgrade_Download_Icon.png (Download to CSV) icon associated with the upgrade job.
